CA Alok Misra is the founder & managing partner of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a licentiate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI), and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE-USA).
He has more than 24 years’ experience in direct/indirect taxation and audit & advisory services, including domestic & international transfer pricing, special audit under central excise, service tax & GST, appeals & adjudication under direct & indirect tax, MCA compliance, audit of listed & other companies, internal/statutory audit of public sector/private banks, internal audit of PSUs, tax & transfer pricing audit & various due diligence on behalf of government/private sector clients.
CA. Alok Misra is also a qualified Information System Auditor (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
CA. Alok Misra is also BCCD (BSE Certificate on Central Depository) certified by the Bombay Stock Exchange in association with Central Depository Services Limited for conducting DEMAT audits of depository participants.

CA. Vinay Tripathi, Partner, is a Graduate in Commerce & Qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in direct and indirect taxation. He has extensive expertise in tax compliance, GST, tax litigation, audits, transfer pricing, and handling departmental investigations.
Over the years, he has advised businesses on tax matters and compliance requirements in India as well as international markets such as Singapore, the UAE, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. CA Mansi Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of professional experience in finance, corporate compliance, governance, and business advisory.
